Overcharged
A top-down pixel-art space shooter with an economy. Blast asteroids for ore, gold and crystals, haul your cargo back to base, invest in research and escort fighters — then push out and take the enemy station apart.
Mine. Haul. Overcharge.
One ship, one sector, one goal — and an economy that turns rocks into firepower.
Mine
Blast asteroids apart. They spill ore, gold and crystals — and if you crack a motherlode, the whole field lights up with loot.
Haul & Trade
Your cargo hold is limited. Fly the haul back to your home base on the west edge of the sector, sell it at the trade depot, and watch the dollars stack up.
Refit & Fight
Spend at the research lab: hull, shields, rocket salvos, escort fighters. Then push into enemy space and tear their station down.
What awaits you
Motherlodes
Rich veins hide inside ordinary rocks. Crack them for a burst of ore, gold and crystals.
Home Base
Trade depot, refinery and research lab — sell your cargo, research upgrades, rearm.
Escort Fighters
Don't fly alone. Build a squadron of wingmen that follows you into every dogfight.
Rocket Salvos
Right mouse button: a salvo of rockets for hard targets and bad situations.
The Enemy Station
A fortress ringed with turrets and fighter factories. Tearing it down is the endgame.
Wave Defense
Hold the line — defend the refinery against ten waves of raiders.
Defend the refinery
Not every job is a mining run. When the raiders come in waves, you hold the line.
From the sector
Work in progress. UI and balancing iterate continuously.
