2. General Information on Data Processing
I process personal data of users in principle only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and my content and services. Processing usually takes place only with consent or when permitted by statutory provisions.
3. Hosting via Cloudflare
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), with subsidiary Cloudflare Germany GmbH (Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany). On every request, technical data is transmitted to Cloudflare and stored briefly in server log files:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Page accessed
- Referrer URL
- Browser type and version, operating system
Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the website, optimize performance (CDN), and protect against attacks (DDoS, bot traffic). Data may be transferred to the USA. Legal basis for the transfer is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. More info: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .

4. Cookies
This website sets no first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set technically required
cookies for security and bot mitigation (e.g., __cf_bm). These are necessary
for the protection layer of the website and are deleted automatically after a short time.
4a. Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless)
If enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service provided by Cloudflare. Web Analytics collects only aggregated visit statistics (page views, referrers, country, browser, device class). It does not set cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not create user profiles. IP addresses are processed only transiently and are not stored. 5. Fonts (Self-Hosted)
This website uses the typefaces Rajdhani, Inter, and JetBrains Mono. They are served directly from this site's server, not from external CDN services such as Google Fonts. No connection to Google or other third parties is made; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party while fonts load.
6. External Links and Embedded Services
This website links to external services (e.g., itch.io and wavedash.com for playing, Ko-fi for support). Clicking such links takes you off this website. The privacy policies of the respective providers then apply.
7. Inbound Referrals from My Games
My games contain buttons that link back to this website. When such a button is clicked, only the HTTP referrer (the URL of the referring game) and a technical identifier of which game the click originated from are transmitted to my server. No personal data is transmitted from the game — no save states, no account info, no profiles.
The transmitted information is used solely for statistics and to understand which game generates how much traffic. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the success of my own content).
